Hampstead Scenes – Original Plein Air Paintings from North London
When I first arrived in London, Hampstead was the place that took me in.
I wasn’t painting it yet. I was running through it. Getting lost. Living.
Years later, I came back with a sketchbook. Then with watercolours. Then with oils.
Now, this place is all over my work.
Hampstead Scenes is a series of original plein air paintings made on location — by a Spanish artist who paints London the way he sees it: raw, honest, alive.
These aren’t studio pieces.
They’re moments I lived, right there — at the ponds, the Pergola, the Hill.
