Refund Policy

Returns

All sales of original artwork are final. However, if your painting arrives damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sanchezpeinadoart@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you still have not received it, contact us at sanchezpeinadoart@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged. If you need a replacement, email us at [your email here] and we will assist you.


Gifts

If you received an artwork as a gift, refunds can only be processed to the original buyer.


Shipping Returns

To return an item, contact us first at sanchezpeinadoart@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If the item value is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.


Sale Items

Discounted artworks and special promotions are final sale and cannot be refunded.
