Hampstead Heath Painting Workshops – Plein Air in London with Jose Sanchez Peinado

Discover the experience of painting outdoors in one of London’s most iconic locations: Hampstead Heath. Led by Spanish artist Jose Sanchez Peinado, these workshops are designed for anyone who wants to learn how to see like an artist and capture the atmosphere of nature directly on paper.

Each workshop is a 5-hour plein air session where you’ll explore composition, light, and colour while painting scenes from the Heath. Whether it’s the calm of the ponds, the trees by Kenwood House, or the wide views from Parliament Hill, every edition brings a fresh subject and a unique atmosphere.

Groups are intentionally small to allow personal guidance and ensure that every participant develops confidence with watercolour and oil painting outdoors. The workshops are open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced painters looking to refine their vision.
