Presences
In the classroom, amidst the sound of brushes against canvas and quiet concentration, these portraits came to life. Each one is a moment of observation, a study of light and form, and an attempt to capture something beyond the surface—a presence, a mood, an essence. Painted alongside my students, these works are both exercises in technique and explorations of character. “Presences” is a collection of faces, each carrying its own story, each shaped by the energy of the studio and the shared pursuit of learning through paint.
