Cancellations: All bookings are final. You may transfer your place to someone else if you notify me at least 48h in advance.
Weather: The session goes ahead unless unsafe. If heavy rain is forecast, you’ll be notified by 6pm the day before — we’ll reschedule or move to a nearby sheltered spot.
If I cancel: Full refund or transfer to another date.
