There’s a point in St James’s Park where London disappears.
No traffic. No noise.
Only water, trees, and the sky bleeding into the surface.
I painted this after walking from Trafalgar Square, blending in with the tourists.
It was one of those late afternoons when the light turns heavy and the water mirrors everything around it.
For a few minutes, the city fades—and you’re somewhere else entirely.
This painting captures that moment: London seen not from its streets, but from its silence.
